Thank you for visiting and shopping on our site. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 30 days calendar days to return an item from the date your received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent in the original spice jar or spice package that you received it. Mail to: Seafood Goddess, 1136 Acorn Dr. Dayton, OH 45419
Please enclose a note explaining why you are unhappy with the product. We strive to have fresh, natural ingredients and our products be of top quality. If there is a problem, we would like to know about it. Please state if you would like another replacement sent or if you would like a refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting it.
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.
You will receive your credit within a few days, depending on your credit card issuer's policy.
