Pacific sea salt is slow smoked over red alder wood found in the pacific northwest. The smoky flavor is mild and sweet. Grinding the Alderwood salt with a variety of peppercorns and fennel creates a stunning flavor. Excellent on salmon and all your favorite seafood, meats, and vegetables. Sprinkle over warm carrots.
